How can I cancel my contract?
You may request the cancellation of your contract with Nexa Level X at any time.
The cancellation request can be submitted through the mobile application by following these steps:
Profile → Settings → Help → Contact form, where you can submit your request.
Before submitting the cancellation request, please ensure that:

there are no open trading positions on your accounts, and

no remaining funds are held on your trading accounts.
If you are unable to submit the request via the mobile application, you may send your cancellation request by email to office@nexalevelx.com.
The request may be submitted in free form but must clearly state your intention to terminate the contract.
Please include either your contract number or real account number. The request must be sent from your registered email address.
You can find your account details in your Investor Profile under “My Accounts”.
Access is available using your registered email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it at any time.
Fees and inactive accounts
No fees are charged for contract termination.
If an account remains open without any transactions for a period of 12 months, no inactivity or maintenance fees will be applied.
