Providing this information is optional; however, certain features may not be available if you choose not to provide it due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Nexa Level X Social Trading Platform
Nexa Level X provides a real-time social trading platform with community features.
Participating traders share their strategies and performance with the community. The traded amounts are never publicly disclosed.
By downloading, installing, or accessing the platform, you consent that the following data and content (excluding personal data as defined herein) (“Content”) may be publicly displayed:
username, full name, photo/avatar (if provided), region, gender, networks, followers and copiers, trading statistics, followed accounts, posts, comments, likes, and related community interactions.
Minors
Nexa Level X is not available to individuals under 18 years old (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.

Nevada Privacy Rights
If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information.
